  SHCA along with Julie Manna of MMG Mortgages and Carmine Manna of Houston Realty will be sponsoring a community wide garage sale on June 22nd, 2019. To register your house and time of your garage sale please email carmine@markmilne.com so you can be added to the map, which will be available 1 week prior to the event and will be continually updated. We are leaving it up to individual households as to when they would like to start and end their garage sale and any lawn signs to advertise (just be respectful of sign bylaws please). Keep on the look out here, Kijiji and our Sage Hill Community Association social media accounts, Sage Hill Chat as well as around the community for bold signs advertising the event.

Join us at our biggest event to date! The first annual Kids Day on Sunday July 21st from 1:00-3:00pm at the Sage Hill soccer field. Featuring a petting zoo, face painting, bouncy castle, kids Zumba and Yoga and of course a BBQ! The event is FREE FOR SHCA MEMBERS; NON-MEMBERS WILL BE CHARGED $5.00 PER PERSON FOR ENTRY. Memberships should be purchased on our website for $25.00 a year per household prior to the morning of,  however we will have cash/cheque sales on site.  

  Join SHCA and Vivo staff at the Pirate Park on Sage Bank Grove from 5-9pm for Fire Pit Friday. Bring your own roastables, sticks, lawn chairs and beverages and we will bring portable fire pits and wood!

Join us on Oct 27th between 1-3 pm at the Sage Hill Retirement Residence for the annual Halloween festival! First 100 entrees that show the Symons Valley Discount Card will receive a free pumpkin! This event will be free for all SHCA members. For non-members, admission will be $5/person (Kids under 2 get in for free!)   SHCA invites all members to join us in lighting up the community as a sign of hope, thanks and tradition!  All members of the SHCA are welcome to enter our 3rd Annual Christmas Light Display Contest by emailing info@sagehillyyc.com with your name & address.  Registration is open until December 15th & Judging will occur on December 17th from 7-9 pm.  To get an annual $25 SHCA membership required to participate, please see our members tab.  Judging will be based off the usual criteria: Presentation, Creativity,  Props, Music and finally ‘Bonus marks’ (which our judges will determine the night of).
